Conference Abstract Submissions
Submit a conference abstract through the IJBTCS Conference Publications Section. The abstract should clearly explain the research objective, methods, principal findings and conclusion, and should be understandable without the full paper.
Provide a concise title, the full names and affiliations of all authors, and the corresponding author’s contact details. Identify the conference to which you are submitting.
For research abstracts, use the headings Background, Methods, Results and Conclusion. Describe the work accurately, define essential abbreviations and avoid unsupported claims. Provide relevant keywords in the submission metadata. Follow the requirements and deadlines published for the selected conference.
All listed authors must approve the abstract and its submission. Where applicable, state the relevant ethical approval and disclose conflicts of interest and funding. Obtain permission for any third-party material included.
Abstracts are evaluated for relevance to the conference, clarity and scientific quality. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, a presentation slot or publication. Abstract evaluation is distinct from full-paper peer review; an invitation to submit a full paper will be communicated separately.
Register or log in, upload your abstract, complete the author details and metadata, and review all information before final submission. You may save an unfinished submission and return to it later.
The abstract body must contain 250–350 words. Count the abstract text only; exclude the title, author details and keywords.
