Participation & Fee Structure
The International Journal of Biotechnology, Computational and Science (IJBTCS) organizes its international academic conference series three times annually, featuring both online and offline events. These conferences aim to promote international collaboration and the exchange of knowledge across biotechnology, computational sciences, and medicine.
Online Conference Fees and Registration

All online participants can attend free of charge. Abstract submission is optional and subject to editorial board review. Certificates of attendance are available for participants who request them.

Abstract submission is required only after the editorial board approves the submitted work. All offline participants will receive a full conference kit. General attendance without abstract submission is not permitted.

Group offers are limited and processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Travel and Visa Assistance
IJBTCS provides full support for international participants in managing travel arrangements and visa processing:

Visa Support Letters: Free invitation letters are issued after abstract acceptance.

Travel Partners: Assistance is available for hotel bookings, flight arrangements, and logistics.

Priority Service: Participants who complete early registration will receive priority visa letter processing.
