• For all other categories (Scientific Poster Presenter, Product/Tool Presenter, Abstract Presenter), the subscription fee is applicable only after your submission has been reviewed and accepted by our editorial committee.

• This model ensures a fair and merit-based approach, where authors are only charged upon acceptance of their work.
