2. Conference Abstract Fee

   Authors wishing to submit an abstract to the IJBCS conference are required to pay a Conference Abstract Fee of $200. This fee covers:

   • Conference Program Preparation: It supports the development and distribution of the conference program and abstract booklets.

3. Conference Attendance Fee

   For attendees who wish to participate in the IJBCS conference without submitting a paper or abstract, the Conference Attendance Fee is $100. This fee provides the following benefits:

   • Conference Materials: Attendees will receive the conference program and the abstract booklet, providing key details about the event.

Payment Process

All fees (APC, abstract submission, conference attendance, and book publication) are payable after acceptance of the article, abstract, or book manuscript. There are no fees before acceptance. Authors will be provided with an invoice and payment instructions once their submission has been accepted for publication or presentation.
